In the Hen House!
Ok...what’s in your hen house?
The original chicken pull toy pecked its way across the floor! The rebuild is a favorite of my farmyard friends and includes technic bricks and plenty of SNOT, and smooth building even though we celebrate the studs. I loved working with color in this set to best replicate the orginal wooden Lego toy.
Again, a spot to hang or set on a shelf and all of the bricks used are readily available.
Help me celebrate the chicks and click support today!
Thank you!

Lady Bird (bug) Old Wooden Toy vs. New Brick Build
Ok...what's not to love?
The original old Lady had string arms, but what a fun way to use flexible hose!! Of all six, this set took the most planning, includes technic bricks and plenty of SNOT. Again, a spot to hang or set on a shelf and all of the bricks used are readily available.
From body shape to tiny head the reproduction is a favorite of my friends!!

Clumsy Hans or Jack on a Goat Pull Toy vs. New Lego Brick Ornament
A head to head comparison, literally!
Clumsy Hans was a fun build….he is on a wild ride, what’s not to love!! As I made him I smiled over and over and know you will too!!
Staying True to the Original
This set uses some of the most common bricks and plates in the most common colors. The bricks are layered so that it thoughtfully mimics the actual color scheme of the original pull toy. Use of the SNOT method allows for simple attaching of arms and legs, but also allows for side building to lock in the bricks making this fellow quite sturdy. AND he even has a 5 o'clock shadow! This ornament is one of 2 that sport a transparent support to keep him riding high and solidify the build.
The Best Part
Unlike the large sets, Clumsy Hans is built using just 112 bricks making this an affordable set for everyone’s budget. He can be hung on a tree from the brick tucked under his hands or he can be set on a shelf for year round enjoyment!
Help me get this clumsy chap to 10,000 supporters so that he can again bring smiles ot young and old!!
Thank you!!

Elephant -- Old and New Comparison
Who doesn't love the circus?
The elephant was one of the first models. It it is built using a little bit of SNOT, but also covering up every last stud for a smooth sculpted finish. The original was a flat wooden toy, but the ornament is upgraded to a little bit of dimension and depth. And that means a blanket and tucks that stand out!!
The best part, it is only 112 pieces!! Affordable and and easy build for all!!
The before, a much beloved pull toy:
And the after, a fun and whimsical ornament to honor Lego beginnings:
