Friday Night Funkin' sure has gained quite the following since its debut in 2020, due to its style and charm that reflects upon the style of animations on Newgrounds, and Flash games from the early 2000s, so I decided to recreate the main characters, simply named Boyfriend, and Girlfriend, out of LEGO to see how it would turn out, and this is the end result.
These are two posable figures of the characters connected with ball joints, designed to heavily reflect the style of how they were drawn in the game, but it was a bit challenging to imagine the 2D sprites into 3D models, but after some experimenting, I slowly found out how to pull it off. Of course, the desirability of this product idea is for the following that the game has gained, so any fans of it would maybe find this interesting. Boyfriend features a removable left hand, in order to make it appear that he has it in his pocket just like the original artwork.
Anyways, this was just a fun little project I did, and I really hope everyone here finds it interesting!
