Ever since the PS2, this dynamic duo has become a gaming icon, bringing plenty of action and shocking emotional depth to Playstation consoles. Ratchet and Clank has become one of my favourite gaming franchises and I believe that it would be a perfect contender to the Lego ideas lineup.
The Lombax build itself is fully articulated, having movement in the ankles, knees, waist, shoulder, elbow, head, ears and eyebrows, but needs a display stand to stop him from falling over. His mechanical buddy Clank is also detachable in case you want to display Ratchet on his own.
I made sure to design him so that he wouldn't look out of place next to sets such as The mighty Bowser and Young Simba the lion king, so he'd fit right in with the current lineup of buildable characters.
Sure it took a bit of "improvising", but I'm super happy with how he turned out and really hope you support this project to make it a real set!
