Hello to all LEGO maniacs raised in the 2000s, I would like to introduce you to the most unique "Superman" in the history of animation.
Iron Giant is undoubtedly a iconic character for every fan of animation and the sci-fi genre, for a long time my heart told me to design this model, on which I worked for 6 months, trying to reflect the appearance and character of the character as faithfully as possible.
Repeated building, disassembling subsequent versions and using newer techniques to complete the project resulted in something unique. I set myself a few goals for The Iron Giant.
The biggest challenge and milestone was building a model that could easily stand upright and be posed despite the weight and weight of the project. The second stage was to create a car for Hogart and the Iron Giant, but most importantly, for the Steel Giant to be able to keep this car with Hogart inside. To complete and culminate the project, I decided to build accessories for the Steel Giant to show His "Evil Form".
With a bit of luck and using a lot of different building techniques, I managed to build a model that I am proud of.
Iron Giant is 8cm deep, 20cm wide and 44cm high in "the peaceful" version, in "the evil" version it is 48cm high.
Let's make sure that the company that creates our beloved bricks hears the voice of the fans of this animation, so that they release a set worthy of our memory and the emotions that this animation evokes even today. I strongly encourage you to vote for my first project submitted to LEGO Ideas.
I dedicate the project to my girlfriend, who is not a fan of LEGO or the Iron Giant, but supports me in this hobby and encouraged me to submit the project.
