Beginning and improvement

#Update 2

The  beginning :

Initially, the project was to be a sort of old ideas-related Lego Store.

Here's a first version :

As you can see, the roof was not the same and there was a sign and light bulb referring directly to Ideas.

There was something wrong with the design, and after talking to some friends and thinking about it for a while, I decided to turn it into a bandit's den.
The idea was to have a bar on the ground floor with a hidden entrance in a barrel, then the current 1st and 2nd floors with the clandestine playroom and the heist mastermind.

But there were 2 major obstacles:

The bar, which referred to alcohol (against the rules), and the 9,500 pieces overall project 🥲.

So...I had to rework the whole project to replace the bar by a tailor's workshop and finally reduce the number of parts as much as possible (and therefore the details) to arrive at the current version, it was quite a gamble 😁

But I don't stop there, I'm constantly trying to improve the overall look by optimizing the parts so that I can later, perhaps, add details.

Here's the latest version where I've changed the front a bit. I think this version could potentially appeal to more people because it is less complex, less “raw” (please zoom in with your browser for a better view because the photos are not managed like in the carousel).

In any case, I really like this version, I didn't think I'd like the windows, but in the end it fits in well.

Final words:

I hope the project continues to attract to reach the 10k 😀
Finally the best support you can provide for it is to keep voting for it :)

I leave the final word to the minifigures 😁

ps : In 2 weeks' I'll be able to modify the project's carousel photos for better quality ones :)

#Update 1

Hello everyone :)

A promise made, a promise kept, a little update to give you an idea of what it might look like in a city configuration with the boutique hotel and the police station :)

You can either integrate it into a street or make a block of 4 32 x 32 plates.

The next update will certainly be the original model that was rejected (much more detailed).
