In the Middle Ages the water mill was an indispensable source of energy. Thanks to the power of the water it was possible to start the big grain mills without having to exploit the animals.
In this model I have recreated the structure of a traditional 1200 water mill with the external rotating wooden blade.
On the first floor the millstone, a furnace and an anvil as well as a table and shelves. Under the stairs a series of provisions.
On the second floor instead the living area and the bed as well as a second desk which is located on an external ledge.
Outside, under the portico, firewood and lush summer / autumn vegetation
