THE ADVENTURE BEGINS!
I'm sure that Dragon Ball fans have long awaited Lego sets celebrating their beloved hero.

I am a huge fan of Akira Toriyama and his works. Dragon Ball was the first manga I read at 14! It inspired me so much, I started drawing trying to imitate his style which fortunately is inimitable. The pages of Dragon Ball were a whirlwind of emotions and incredible adventures, for me. Even now, rereading them evokes the same sense of wonder.

For this set, I focused above all on the first chapters of the Dragon Ball saga, precisely because they have remained in my heart, more than all the others.

DRAGON BALL MEMORABILIA
To capture the essence of early Dragon Ball, I included iconic objects like:

• The Dragon Radar;
• The Dragon Ball: the sphere with 4 stars given to Goku by his grandpa;
• The Flying Nimbus;
• The incredible Hoi-Poi Capsules that would have come in handy on many occasions! The Capsule box gave me the opportunity to go and look for the vehicles used in the world of Dragon Ball one by one and associate them, where possible, with their serial number on the capsules. Since I don't know how this technology works yet, I limited myself to the closed capsules. LOL
The capsule of Oolong's camper is a poetic license since I didn't find the number, but the name of the pig stands out on the camper.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I thought that the best way to collect these objects was to recreate the setting of the mountain village where Goku grew up and where the whole story of Dragon Ball began. In the tiny house of his grandfather Son Gohan.

LOTS OF SMALL DETAILS
I hope it's fun for you to discover so many small details and Easter eggs scattered here and there, including a tribute to the author, with a minifigure in the guise of his alter ego, Tori.

I'm certainly not a professional Lego designer, and everything you see is the result of passion and a lot of time spent designing, creating, redoing, throwing away and refining.
So, let's join forces, all Dragon Ball fans around the world, to bring this set to our shelves!
Support this project by voting and sharing it with your fellow Dragon Ball fans!

Thank you!

THANKS TO MASTER TORIYAMA
I started this Ideas project when Toriyama passed away, driven by the emotion of his memory and his art, which gave me so much. I feel like I have to give him back at least a part of what he gave me.

My modest and small tribute to Akira and his most famous work.

Thank you Akira! Forever a fan of yours.
