Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT Convertible

Testing new ideas and builds to see what Lego fans enjoy the most. Today I have a nice little build of the Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT, what a long name. Let's break it down a little.

Front;

If you've ever seen how angled and smooth the top of a mercedes is, you can understand how difficult it can get to make sure that it stays at the same position you want it to. I wanted to make it sharper and detailed, but my attempts were in vain, as Lego doesn't have a piece that would be compatible with the front. All the same, I like how it turned out.

Doors;

One of the main reasons I didn't make a full version of the vehicle is the doors open upward, instead of old fashioned doors that open outward. Only the convertible version had doors like that, considering the fact that doors are connected to the top. Even without the top, this vehicle seems fine with old fashioned open out doors.

Wheels;

Ughhhhh... doors. Okay, due to LDDs uneven organization, these wheels were hard to find. The actual tire and the wheels where all disorganized, and finding a pair that went together was a project on its own. I'm not even sure if they will actually work as wheels.

Drivers department;

Okay, that's a bad name, but I don't actually know what it's called. This was relatively simple. (I guess.) I just had to use a steering wheel and the average front gauge panel. The rear view mirrors where a nice addition.

And there you have it. Comment on what you wish, and if you can, let me know what you think most people want to see in Lego!
