The story is about a pathetic surfer (performed by Jean Dujardin) who is waiting for a wave never exist ! He tries to live of different small jobs not made for him . He mets Marius Lacaille a marginal who has big difficulties to speek out . There is a lot of recall of another film : Point Break which Brice is fan of
