Shakespeare's Globe

Shakespeare's Globe is a world famous theatre in London. This set recreates it's iconic shape and style, whilst celebrating the many plays of William Shakespeare with a characterful cast of minifigures on the inside.

Have a look out for Lady Macbeth encouraging her husband, Hamlet crying 'Alas!' and Juliet appearing to Romeo on her balcony. There are plenty more references scattered around the galleries - see if you can find them all!

This set is full of mischievous spirit and brimming with stories, and also makes a striking and beautiful display piece. I was drawn to the iconic shape and liked the challenge of recreating it, and this would be a great LEGO set as it is both a history lesson and a fun story-telling device!

This model is as detailed as I could make it, coming in just under 5000 pieces and containing 13 minifigures.
