NASA's InSight Lander

This is a model of Nasa's Insight mission launched on May 5, 2018 and after landing successfully on the red planet on November 26, 2018. The Insight mission is one of my favorite Mars missions so I decided to build it. The model includes Insight and her three main scientific instruments: SEIS, HP3, and the RISE antennas. SEIS, the wind and thermal shield and the HP3 instrument can be removed from the deck of the lander and can be "deployed" on the surface. The solar panels can be swapped out for a folded pair and the IDA (Instrument Deployment Arm) fold up as well. The build has a total of 406 pieces. I think this would be a great build for anyone who enjoys space exploration sets.
