Here is something a little different, containing only 63 parts and on a 3x8 stud footprint this is a hardware store display. Actually a rural/farming one but could be also used for a city hardware store.
You can adapt almost any city building into a hardware store by adding this in the right place.
The colour blue is for irrigation or water products or simply plumbing - lever and float valves plus floats for the latter item.
Now orange is for hardware or in this case fencing hardware - J bolts for gate hinges and gate chains for locking up gates.
In updates I will show what all the items on the display are for, etc.,.
Truth to tell this might be the second cheapest designs I have ever posted on Ideas so between 10 and 15 dollars US.
Naturally there are no minifigs because this is an add-on pack for city, creator or creator expert themes.
