Globes have always fascinated me. They make me dream of places far away. It's been our way to portray our planet for centuries. With this globe I have tried to make the land areas as detailed and precise as possible, so you can easily recognize the different places. The colours are white and blue inspired by the world map on the UN flag. I have worked a lot to make it look as spherical as possible. It's built so it can stand by itself without a desk stand. The globe is a nice display piece to have in the home.
