Colour Guide: Interactive Swatch Poster

Showcasing Actual Builds and Next Steps

I just got a batch of Lego pieces delivered and I'm thrilled to reveal the actual build of some of the colour swatches! Seeing the physical pieces come together has been incredibly rewarding. These physical builds truly bring the project to life, demonstrating the potential of the Colour Guide to serve as a hands-on reference for every LEGO enthusiast.

Next Steps: Building the Frame

My next goal is to build the frame that will house all the colour swatches. This will give us a complete view of the Colour Guide in its full glory. The frame will not only organize the swatches but also unify the overall aesthetic, making it a perfect addition to any workspace or design studio.

A more Modular Base and QR Code Integration

I’m excited to share some updates on the Colour Guide: Interactive Swatch Poster. Your feedback and support have been invaluable, and I’ve been working on some enhancements to make this project even better.

1. Redesigned Base for Enhanced Modularity
One of the key updates is the introduction of a more modular base for the poster. The modular grid now extends all the way, making it easier to add more colour swatches. You can effortlessly swap the 2x2 tiles with 1x2 modified plates, allowing for seamless customization and expansion. This design tweak ensures that the poster remains versatile and adaptable to your needs.

2. Introducing the QR Code Tile
In addition to the modular base, I’ve incorporated a QR code tile into the design. This QR code can link to a product page where you’ll find detailed information about all the LEGO colours. This feature not only makes it convenient to access additional resources but also enhances the interactive aspect of the Colour Guide.

Current Status and Milestones
