This is a micro-scale model of the escape pod R2D2 and C3PO use to escape the Tantive IV; the rebel blockade runner from the start of A New Hope. It includes: R2D2 and C3PO's escape pod with door that can be rebuilt open or closed with minimal difficulty and minimal brick removal, R2D2 and C3PO can fit inside and left in throughout the rebuild. Characters included are: R2D2 and C3PO both in micro-scale.
I made this model while just building anything that came into my head for fun, I like the door mechanism. I think this would make a good set because it's an iconic scene from the movie in a fun-sized micro-model.
