Little Italy NY

Thanks for coming to my product idea!

The idea was inspired by the Pizza Guy minifigure, where he lived and worked…

About the Model:

The building is modular in design, split into four sections. The ground floor, first floor, second floor, and roof section.

The building uses an early twentieth century architectural style. I was inspired by elements of the Little Italy district in New York.

The model comprises of two buildings separated via a central stairway. The left building uses colour blocking on the external walls to emulate the Italian flag.

The ground floor accommodates a traditional pizzeria and vintage gelato / ice cream shop.

The first floor is accessed via a central external stairway. It accommodates an accountant’s office and beauty salon.

The second floor is accessed via a rear external stairway. It accommodates a fully furnished apartment.
