This model is based on the 2014-15 Renault Spark Formula E car, a brand new all-electric racing series investing in future technologies.
This is the display model, which travelled around the world to promote the series before it started in September 2014. As the series is about to enter its second season, I thought I'd share the model I designed.
This model uses all standard parts, and is optimised as a 1:24 scale model. The model includes a removable nose section much like on the real thing, as well as free rolling wheels. There is also space inside to fit a minifigure.
The final image shows a colour variation of the model, based on the e.DAMS Renault team, the team which won the manufacturers title.
