The Creation:
My creation shows a cabin at a small stream with a mother and her two children. They are enjoying the nature and having fun. The kids are going to get picked up by their dad in the evening, so the mother can enjoy the weekend for herself. That explains the single bed upstairs. The build has two big parts: the wooden cabin and a rural area with a stream.
- Cabin - a wooden cabin with a waterwheel on the side and funiture in the inside. Includes sleeping room with a roof-window .
- The cabin can be taken appart in :
- The Roof
- The attic
- The ground floor
- The rural area - The underground of the build is made by dark green plates, mixed with normal green ones. A small stream made its way through it. Plants an flowers give the area a very nice touch. So does the corn field on the left of the set. The minifigure, living there should have fun, so a integrated bath tub was built outside. Fish are one of the biggest sources of food there and you need to catch and cook them over the campfire. after that, they land on the table and are getting eaten at a romantic dinner in the wild ; )
Reading through these aspects, you can imagine, that this set is most likely for fans of the nature and adventure of the wild!
Building experience:
I really enjoyed buidling this, because it's very fun, bringing all the details together and to bring live into your creation.I felt really relaxed an calm, when I built it.
My inspiration:
I had a walk in the woods, where I saw a cabin at a stream. This was a really great inspiration, because the scenario was very mystic and snowdrops refined the area I was standing at. I forgot my smartphone at home, so I thought, why not build that with LEGO bricks, so I can watch at it all time?
so I startet building it and I personally think it turned out very good.
Reasons for a LEGO set:
I am convinced, that this would be a very great LEGO set, because I used several building techniques , that made my creation even more unique. A second reason, that this would be a great set is, that building LEGO relaxes almost everybody and you get even more relaxed, building a calm scenario, that was inspired by nature.
