Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.
Your feedback is only shown to the creator as well as yourself. It is not available for other users to see. The creator won't see your user name.
This is a scale (1"=35', approx) model of the Freedom Tower in NYC, USA.
This is a *big* model. The brick count is 6695, and it stands almost 5' tall. If accepted, this would be the taller and have more pieces than any other set commercially released, to date.
NOTE: The reason that it appears in 2 pieces in all the pictures is due to a limitation in Lego Digital Designer. The top and bottom are offset by 45 degrees. While in real life this poses no issue for construction, LDD dosen't allow for that sort of complexity.
This a great addition to the other large landmark models (Eiffel Tower, Tower Bridge, Taj Mahal) Lego has released over the years.
