This is my second project.
It is Laser Bahia dinghy by Laserperformance english shipyard. It is a family/training dinghy and actually it is the dinghy I own. So you can say this is a model inspired by reality. To tell the truth, even the two sailors are inspired to real people, that is my brother and me...
Jokes aside, the real reason I think this project worths is that, unlike my Volvo Ocean Race project, here the brick-made sails can hold up to gravity, and the model could be easily made in real bricks.
In addition to that, the model is not brick-consuming and is also more playable. Sails position can be easily adjusted so that the model could be also used to teach a child the gaits sailing in a theory lesson, before taking him/her to the sea: learning to sail playing Lego! Even this is possible!
