He is not what he seems
This interdimensional portal is from the popular Disney show 'Gravity Falls' it was created to understand the universe but it could just as easily be used to DESTROY it. Built from old UFO parts the portal is an extremly unstable machine with the power to bend time and space, reverse gravity or just rip the universe appart. When activated the 'wheel' in the middle will spin (either with a hand crank or power functions).
