Famous Naturalists

Hi everyone, thanks for visiting my page! This is my latest creation which features 5 famous naturalists and a mini scene for each of them. The naturalists include, David Attenborough, Francis Hamerstrom, Jane Goodall, Charles Darwin, and Steve Irwin. David Attenborough comes with a field of flowers and a butterfly, a beetle, and his camera man. Francis Hamerstrom comes with an eagle and a forest scene. Jane Goodall comes with a grassland scene and a chimpanzee and a parrot. Steve Irwin comes with a giant crocodile, and a crocodile enclosure. Charles Darwin comes with a work bench, a skull in a glass container,  a parrot, some gems, a monkey, and a spider.

Charles Darwin (1809-1882) was an English naturalist and geologist, who is most famous for his theory of evolution.
Steve Irwin (1962-2006) was an Australian wildlife expert, television star, and conservationist. He is most famous for his appearance in a television series called The Crocodile Hunter. He and his wife Terri owned and controlled Australia Zoo in Queensland.
Sir David Attenborough (1926-) is an English broadcaster and naturalists. He is most known for presenting numerous BBC television series about wildlife, especially his series called Life.
Francis Hamerstrom (1908-1998) was an American author, naturalist and ornithologist (study of birds). She was best known for her work with the greater prairie chicken and with her research on birds of prey.
Dame Jane Goodal (1934-) is a British primatologist (study of primates), ethologist (study of animal behavior) and an anthropologist (study of humans). She is best known for her work with wild chimpanzees in Gombe Stream National Park, Tanzania.
