This is an idea for a LOTR set. This building is in the first film. It's in the town of Bree during the sequence when the hobbits meet "Strider" or Aragorn. It took me a couple hours to build this on LDD. No minifigures are pictured but it would probably come with the four hobbits, Aragorn, a couple Black Riders (Nazgul), and some extra "Bree Dwellers". It would also come with Barliman Butterbur.
This is the upstairs where the people stay.
And this is the Tavern area. The windows are kind of cool looking.
