Roman Bust

This set represents a Roman bust, made of white marble.

I was inspired by the busts of several emperors, such as Caesar, Octavian, etc. and also by Greek statues.

I would really like to see a Lego set like this, because it would also be a beautiful piece of furniture; I also think that, even in modern homes, ancient objects always look good.

For this set, made up of 1261 pieces, I worked hard to make what is most difficult to create with Lego: human faces with all the facial curves starting from existing pieces. One thing that was very difficult was to position the eyes in the right depth point compared to the rest of the face, and also to proportion the whole set.

Even though I chose a straight hair style, I decided to place the pieces in a staggered way, to make the set more beautiful.
