The star-nosed mole is my first MOC that I have submitted to Lego Ideas! I had the idea to build it for a chemistry presentation on "mole day" (October 23) and it turned out to be much better than I expected!
The dirt mound features a hole in which you can display the mole in, allowing the head and torso to stick out like it's tunneling out, or the tail and legs to stick out like it's tunneling in!
The mole itself offers two joints on each leg, 2 tail joints and a neck joint, offering for a full range of realistic motion. This gives it a good play feature alongside the display feature. Fun for all ages!
I had a lot of fun making this, so I hope you all enjoy it somewhat as well!
