Lost Jungle Temple, With Working Traps

Jungles are one of the most mysterious and dangerous ecosystems; wild animals, poisonous plants and of course ancient lost temples. This build is a representation of one of them built out of Lego. The build has 2.984 parts and consists of 4 modules two of which have a working trap.

The first module has a staircase leading to the the entrance of the temple. There are also two detailed dragon head sculptures as decoration. After entering the temple the explorers can see a bookcase where ancient scripts are kept as well as a few vines.

The second module has another staircase which is the first trap of the build. The staircase actually turns into a slide when you turn the red lever (picture 6) and any minifigures on the stairs fall into the spikes at the end. Besides there are two small sculptures representing a legendary fight between a brave warrior and a dragon as well as a wall painting.

In the third module, which I have to admit has the most interesting trap, there is an aisle which leads to a huge pile of gold and to the red diamond. The explorers will obtain the treasure as long as they manage to escape the final trap. In the specific trap, when a minifigure steps on the marked jumper, the two columns on the wall, fall on the trespassers (picture 8, 9, 10).

The roof has two pots used for rituals by ancient tribes as well as an altar.

I believe this model could become a Lego set as it could appeal to both AFOLs and TFOLs since it can not only be used as a display piece but it also has a few interesting play features.
