The Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto) is one of the most important emblems of Venice. It is recognized all over the world. There are 4 bridges across the Canal Grande and the Rialto Bridge is the most famous one!
The first version was build in 1250 with wood, this is the last stoned version build in the 1591.
This Lego set could be included in the "Icons" serie nearby the existing set "Il Colosseo" (set 10276) or "Tour Eiffel" (set 10307). The Rialto Bridge is an all world famous building and it deserves to take a place in the Lego family.
