This is my rotary minifigure display stand. I have based this construction on the Iron Man Hall of Armour vault (the vault below Tony Starks workshop) from the Iron Man 3 movie.
This display is modular and each section has 7 pods, the one shown in the pictures is 5 levels high.
I assembled the whole structure this with parts available at my local Lego store Pick a Brick walls at a total cost of £22.00 ($34.00 US) but estimate it would cost approximately £15.00 ($23.00 US) per modular level retail price.
This project is for the display case only, no minifigures included and I've listed the brick list below.
Building Instructions:-
The master level (includes bottom and top) is made up of
(21) - Brick 1x4
(06) - Hinge 1x2 Upper and Lower part
(28) - Plate 4x6
(07) - Frame 1x4x6
(28) - Brick 1x2x5
(46) - Nose Cone Small 1x1
(84) - Flat Tile 1x1 Round (Optional for top layer)
(21) - Flat Tile 2x2 (Optional for top layer)
Each additional level is made up of
(21) - Brick 1x4
(06) - Hinge 1x2 Upper and Lower part
(14) - Plate 4x6
(07) - Frame 1x4x6
(28) - Brick 1x2x5
(46) - Nose Cone Small 1x1
But colours / style could easily be varied to suit.
