In May 17, 1900 L. Frank Baum American author published The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. This was a children’s novel. Then in August 10, 1939 the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) made of it a classical vibrant and colorful musical fantasy film adaptation. This was The Wizard of Oz. This film is one of the best-knowing iconic films of all the time over the world. The original novel has been adapted many times even through also in our times. For example: theaters, books, television movies, comic strip… and I hope now coming soon in a LEGO set (one big set or six mini set)! 😉
