This is a finely detailed and very playable Veterinary Hospital with an apartment on the middle floor and a woodworking shop upstairs. It's complete with waiting area, reception, examination room, surgery and overnight kennels. This works with the modular series and has approximately 2300 pieces which should place it in the same price range. The building uses techniques I've developed myself and have never seen before.
