The Goonies House

Hello LEGO Fans!

I am proud to present the Goonies house! Released in 1985, The Goonies is a cult classic film in which a group of rejects, called the Goonies, go on a treasure hunt to save their town of Astoria from being destroyed.

This is the house of Mikey and Brand Walsh, which is seen in the opening few scenes from the movie. I feel that I have done the film justice in trying to portray these scenes with accuracy. The ground floor has the main living room, kitchen, and staircase. The second floor has both Mikey and Brand's bedrooms, and the attic has the rejected museum exhibits.

The model stands at exactly 2,800 pieces, and can be opened (see the renders) to expose each floor. The Rube Goldberg machine stands proudly out front, and it even has the tree trunk where Chunk can do the 'Truffle Shuffle!'

I hope you enjoyed this model enough to pledge support, and always remember: "Goonies Never Say Die!"
