Logan Center for the Arts

Inspired by the LEGO Architecture series, this model celebrates the striking design of the new the Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago designed by architects Todd Williams and Billie Tsien.

On a campus that includes buildings designed by famous architects like Mies Van Der Rohe, Cesar Pelli, and Frank Lloyd Wright, the Logan Center is striking not only as an individual work but also for not being overshadowed by it's illustrious neighbors.

Just as the real Logan Center came into being through the combined effort of University administrators, faculty, students, and alumni donors, this LEGO set can only be made a reality through a community effort. Click "Support" if you would like to see this exist as a real LEGO set (perhaps sold at the UChicago bookstore).

If this ends up being produced, I will donate my 1% of the proceeds to the Logan Center.

EDIT: Here are a couple photographs I took of the Logan Center added at GlenBricker's suggestion. The photos I used for reference are from the construction phase of the building.
