Who does not know Salvador Dalí? Who has not ever seen one of his paintings?
My passion for Dalí has made me recreate one of his famous clocks in LEGO pieces. Salvador's works are unique and recognizable from the first moment. I wanted that to happen with the watch.
It has been difficult to give the watch an organic and flabby shape and to remain rigid so that it can be held from any edge of a piece of furniture. This has been a challenge for me creating an upper base that weighs more than the lower one and achieving a 90º angle.
For me, it is one of the most recognizable elements of surrealism that cannot be missing in homes or in LEGO sets!
