Nearing 30 Supporters!
Thank you all for your support so far, it is much appreciated! I have two long and busy weeks ahead, so all current work on this model will be temporarily put on hold. I will post an update when I get the proportions more exact, then this model will be a more accurate representation of the actual building. Unfortunately I do not have very many LEGOs at my disposal to actually build this, and to purchase the parts would probably cost more now than the actual set, should it be published.
I know it can take some time to reach 10,000 supporters, but I have confidence that this model can make it! I was inspired to build this when I met a friend who loves LEGO and The Phantom of the Opera. My main goal was to just purchase the parts and wrap it up for her, but I feel it turned out so well (and I realized purchasing the parts would be ridiculously expensive) that I decided to publish it here and give everyone a chance at owning this masterpiece of architecture.
