The Jewelry Store

Another modular building that fits very well to existing modular buildings like Parisian restaurant, green grocer, fire brigade, grand emporium etc.
The vending area of the jewelry store is located on the ground floor. There are some display cabinets with jewels, a cashier and a surveillance camera. The shop-window are protected by some piles against car crashing into it. There are also two doors: one normal glass door and a second barred door as burglary protection. 
From the ground floor the staff can get to the 1st floor. Here is a big vault/safe located with a lot of money, metals and jewels inside. The big, round door can be opened and closed. The surveillance station is on this floor as well.
With the stairs on the back of the building you can reach the top floor. There is a nice little lounge outside as well as a little apartment with a chimney, kitchen, a bed and a painting at the wall.
Thanks for making this a real LEGO set and add one more fabulous modular building with about 3000pcs.

Der Juwelier

Ein weiteres modulares Gebäude, welches sehr gut zu den bestehenden Gebäuden von LEGO passt wie z.B. das Pariser Restaurant, Green Grocer, die Feuerwache, das Grand Emporium etc.
Der Verkaufsbereich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Dort gibt es einige Vitrinen mit Schmuckstücken, eine Kasse und eine Überwachungskamera. Die Schaufenster sind mit versenkten Pfosten gegen Einbruchversuche durch Fahrzeugaufprälle geschützt. Die Eingangstür ist ausserdem doppelt gegen Einbruch gesichert: einmal mit einer normalen Glastür und einmal mit einer vergitterten Tür.
Vom Erdgeschoss gelangt das Personal in den ersten Stock. Dort befindet sich ein grosszügiger Safe, gesichert durch eine grosse Stahltüre. Diese kann geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Im Safe befinden sich Geldscheine, Schmuckstücke und Metalle.
Auf der Hinterseite des Gebäudes gelangt man über eine Treppe in das Dachgeschoss. Dort ist eine schöne, gemütliche Lounge untergebracht sowie eine kleine Wohnung mit Kamin, Küche, einem Bett sowie einem Gemälde an der Wand.
Vielen Dank, dass ihr es ermöglicht, ein reales LEGO Set mit rund 3000 Einzelteilen daraus zu machen und das bestehende „Modular Building“ Sortiment um ein weiteres, schönes Set zu erweitern.

La Bijouterie

Un autre bâtiment modulare qui s’adapte très bien aux bâtiments modulaires existants comme le restaurant parisien, le grand magasin, la mairie etc.

La zone de vente de la bijouterie est située  au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a quelques vitrines avec des bijoux, un caissier et une caméra de surveillance. Les vitrines sont protégées par des poteaux contre des essais de cambriolage avec des véhicules. L’entrée principale est protégée avec deux portes : une porte normale en verre en une deuxième porte barrée.
Du rez-de-chaussée, le personnel peut atteindre le premier étage. Ici il y a un grand coffre-fort avec une grande porte qui se laisse ouvrir et fermer. A l’intérieur il y a de l’argent, des bijoux et des métaux.
A l’arrière du bâtiment il y a un escalier menant au deuxième étage. Là, un beaux et confortable salon/lounge est installé. En plus il y a un petit appartement avec cheminée, une cuisine, un lit et une peinture sur le mur.
