- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?

This set is probably best headed for Creator Expert, however I wanted to add it to LEGO Ideas as I am sure it is suited here too. Designed to fit with your other Expert modulars, it sits on a 45x32 base, the same as Assembly Square and stands as one of the tallest of all the sets in the group. Details for the set are as follows:
Ground floor: Music shop with records, guitars and drum kit; a stairway with a bike under the stairs; archway to reach rear gravelled parking space and a newsagent with papers, comics and chocolate for sale.
First floor: Sculpture studio with human sculpture, modern work, a sink, buckets of plaster, a desk with bottles and paper and a ladder for roof access; stairs continue up to studio and office, in which is a suite of computers for workers, a sink with a coffee machine, a desk for the boss, a whiteboard and newspaper clippings and portraits of famous clients.
Second floor: Stairway continues to roof access; apartment with kitchen/ dining room, bedroom with chair and TV and bathroom with sink and toilet.
Roof and exterior: The sculpture studio has roof with details, a creeper growing over it which starts in a pot by the music shop, and a large door and crane to remove sculptures through; clock tower tops the build, it has working hands operated when you twist the weather vane on the roof, a ladder and trapdoor for access and a satellite dish for the TV.
Extras: Includes tuk-tuk for delivering newspapers that has an opening cargo door.
