Private Getaway Island

For this idea I created a lush little island with a cabin and a dock. A place I like to imagine whenever I need a little escape. Away from the chaos of modern society and back to basics. A place to relax and recharge.

As you approach the island a little dock welcomes you onto shore, leading to stairs carved into rocks on the left side and a beach with campfire on the right side. When you follow the stairs up you’ll find a balcony hugging the cabin entrance. Be sure to greet your friendly parrot as he welcomes you in. Inside the cabin you’ll find a loft bed hanging over a table, a simple chair and a radio for some tunes. Open the big awning window to frame a view of the horizon for those spectacular sunsets and feel the stress slowly fade away. Your home away from home.

My main focus for this model was aesthetics but I also felt it would serve well as a playable set. So I made sure the roof can be removed to access the interior.
