This is the Dead Marshes from the Lord of the Rings "The Two Towers". In the film as Gollum is leading Frodo and Sam to Mordor they pass through the Dead Marshes in which they are attacked by a Nazgul on his flying steed. The model does not have a Ringwraith or his steed, because of this it would make it a small priced set.
The model includes the marshes, a rock where Frodo can hide behind it to not be seen by the Ringwraith, 3 minifigures with accessories (Frodo, Sam, and Gollum), and a brick separator.
