My sister (moniquemching) and I built this because we are collectors of LEGO Pirates and are huge fans of miniature collectibles. Through this Ships on Board set, we are able to add to the miniature works of LEGO, and revive the pirate theme that LEGO is known for.
We dedicate this creation to all the miniature collectors and pirate enthusiasts out there. It would make a great LEGO set because it continues LEGO's legacy and brings in new varieties to their works.
