Snow Chalet

“A chalet, also called Swiss chalet, is a type of building or house, typical of the Alpine region in Europe. It is made of wood, with a heavy, gently sloping roof and wide, well-supported eaves set at angles to the front of the house.”

About the Project:
This is my newest project, the Snow Chalet! I love building structures and their environment so I thought it would make sense to make this set. I think this will be a really good idea for a set because It will be a great addition to a lego display, but still, also be fun to play with!

I designed the chalet to be a mix of modern and older designs. On the outside, I tried to make it look like it was made with logs and put heavy emphasis on the eaves. On the inside, I made four rooms including a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room.

For the outside of the house, I made some fun things to add to the build. There are two trees, a hill for sledding, a picnic table (which happens to be covered in snow), a snowman, and some chopped wood. There are random white pieces scattered around the building to make it look like the set is located in a fun, snowy, environment.

I had a fun time building the Minifigures because I decided to put my family in it to add more personal feel to the build. On the left-hand side is my dad pushing my middle brother down the hill on a toboggan. My mom is watching them in the middle and me and my younger brother are having a snowball fight near the picnic table. I love this build and hopefully, you do too!

Overall this set has:
2384 pieces
Five Minifigures
Infinite fun!

Thank you and I appreciate your support!
