This is a Lego rendition of H.G. Wells' Tripod, as envisioned in his sci-fi novel War of the Worlds. Specifically, this is the version illustrated for the musical version.

- Posable tendrils
- Opening cockpit
- Martian piloting the Tripod
- Aimable (non-functioning) Heat Ray
The model is currently 190 bricks (not including trees and flames), however this may be lowered with custom bricks not currently available LDD.
This model was created with LDD, and is my first Ideas submission.
