Flat and Shops Model

A lego city model of two shops and an upstairs flat. The two shops below are an Ice cream parlour and a hairdressers. The building is a fairly simple rectagular building with a flat roof. The main set could come with one or two customers for the shops below. The three main areas of the sets are described as follows.

The hair dressers has a funky red, white, and black scheme. The outside of the shop is clean and simple, with a sign above the door (an added sticker to the kit). Inside the shop the colour scheme is continued, with red, white, and black furniture, with a black and white tiled floor. It has a stying chair, with stylists table, brushes, mirror and hair product bottles. There is also a waiting area with a clock, a cash till, and a shop window with lego hair models, and would be sold with a lego stylist mini figure.

Next door is an ice cream parlour in a retro pale blue, pink, and white colour scheme including a small pink and white canopy, and a large model 3d ice cream sign, advertising the shop. Inside the parlour has a blue and white tiled floor, with yellow tables and chairs for the customers to enjoy their treats, and a wall clock! The main counter includes a fridge, milkshake machine, ice cream chiller with ice cream, and a cash till area. Would include a ice cream parlour server mini figure.

Along the side of the shops is a small area for refuse bins, and a series of steps up to a domestic flat above. At the top of the steps is the flat door, next to a climbing ivy plant. Inside the flat is a hall way with a wooden floor. The first room on the left is a bathroom with a lego toilet, shower, and sink, including a wall mounted toilet roll holder, and a cosmetics bottle! The next room along is a small bedroom with a bed, bedside table and lamp, and a wardrobe. The final interior room is a kitchen diner with a sitting area. The kitchen contains a fridge, sink, kitchen, cupboards, tubs and other accesories, and a small dinign table. In the sitting area are two chairs and a flat screen TV, with a blue carpet area, contrasting with the tiled floor of the kitchen. There is a door out of the sitting area into a small outdoor balcony, containing decorative plants, and an area to look out over lego city! Outside, the windows of the flat are decorated with window boxes containing flowers. The flat comes complete with the flats owner minifigure.
