LEGO City is in desperate need of a train station that integrates well with the popular series of modular buildings. This model allows a ground level rail line to pass perpendicular through a row of modular buildings, or on a corner if desired.
Passengers can purchase tickets on the ground floor, grab a snack from the vending machine, and wait for their train to arrive. If they are in a hurry, they can go straight from the street to the elevated platform and approach the exterior ticket window. A glass canopy allows plenty of natural light to enter the covered platform while protecting citizens from the elements. If passengers have more time, they can visit the upstairs coffee bar or eat lunch on the balcony. Curious children can view the control center and see how the various rail lines are managed.
Finally! A modular train station has arrived!
