Old Townhouse

Hey guys,

here is my second Modular Building MOC!

I wanted to bring a little more extravagance into my collection and designed a beautiful old townhouse.

I got the idea when the bookstore with the little house was on my shelf. I absolutely had to have another house in a classic style. 

The first floor consists of a checkroom and an open kitchen-living room, completely covered with parquet. I especially like the kitchen with the counter, some practical cabinets and the espresso machine.

Upstairs is the bedroom and an open bathroom with a large shower. There is a nice picture hanging above the bed. The high ceiling brings the old building style. 

In the garden is a gas grill and a fixed tap for watering the lawn.
