I love Lego and I love Medieval/Fantasy creations. What if Merlin the Wizard had an astronomical observatory to look at the stars to better forse in the future? People knew since the Middle Ages that combining lenses together could let people enlarge reality and see far in the distance, although only in 1600 telescopes where officially built. This creation was fun to build, using Technic gears to give a 360 degrees movement to the base and a 45 degree movement to the top part. The stairs along letting the wizard go up and down easily and levers help him regulate the directions. I used brown and gold colours as I believe this is how it could have been built at the time.
