The coronation of the Pevensie's has just ended, when Queen Lucy sees Aslan leaving.Tumnus comes to comfort Lucy and tell her he'll come and go.Re-enact the scene from the movie.
The balcony has two red and yellow flags.They are made with two staffs.I don't recall there being the flags in the movie though.
moving on to the staircase, you will find three steps to reach the doorway.Mr Tumnus walks down them to reach Lucy.Lucy is sad that Aslan is leaving.
