It's a rainbow!
Why I believe this model would make a great LEGO set:
Rainbows "are such stuff as dreams are made on" [Shakespeare]. They're pretty spectacular though they're somewhat mysterious, and they occur almost everywhere on Earth. So, I think that many people like rainbows and would enjoy having LEGO sets which are models of rainbows. A rainbow model would be a nice decoration on its own, and it would also be a nice accompaniment for many other LEGO sets. Lastly, I think that using translucent colored pieces as this particular model does would be most scenic and most accurate.
Why I built this model:
I enjoy seeing rainbows, and I want to share this design with other people.
