Based on the series Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, this set includes the massive mansion owned by Fred Jones Sr and Fred Jones Jr. The home features a lavish interior which can be accessed by opening it halfway. It features the kitchen, dining room, living room (with a bear skin rug, fireplace, couch, and massive flat screen TV), and the library. The library also contains the surveillance desk in order to snuff out ghosts. The second floor can be more easily accessed by removing half of the third level. It features the bathroom and the bedrooms of both Fred Sr and Jr. The third level contains the attic with a retractable ladder. Both the driveway and entrance are detachable using technic pins, with Mayor Jones' car also being included. Another side build is Sheriff Stone's smoker, in order to cook burgers.
Nine figures are included: Fred Jones Sr, Fred Jones Jr, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, Scooby, Sheriff Stone, the shadowy figure, and a buildable Professor Pericles. Also featured is the evil pizza featured in the episode 'A Haunting In Crystal Cove'. In total this set contains 2,996 pieces.
