Did you know that almost 20 years ago there was a "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" premiere? About 10 years later, there was another big release. That's right: LEGO LOTR sets and video game as well. This set was made just for these occasions. To celebrate these anniversaries, I introduce to you Rivendell, the city of Elves. I am a big fan of Tolkien's books and Peter Jackson's films, so I wanted to make something related to this world and their creativeness.
This town is very old, historical and appears for example in "The Hobbit" or "Lord of the Rings". In place of harmony, calm and music lived for example Elrond, lord of that city. It is placed on a beautiful, enormous mountain with pure water. There weren't many images to guide me, so I placed only the most important and prettiest buildings. For the anniversary, I prepared unique, golden, classic minifigures of the Fellowship of the Ring.
Why is it a good idea to produce it as a LEGO set? The answer is simple, this would look magnificent on your shelves. The time I spent building this fantasy LEGO set was a great adventure for me as a creator and a LEGO fan. As a little kid, I was always building LEGO houses, now I am glad that there is opportunity to make my projects come to life. Unusual building techniques will sometimes surprise you and what is most important is to make a really special and unforgettable effect.
