This sculpture is designed to celebrate the love for LEGO®.
The letters turn on themselves and move up and down at the same time, without stopping!
Only the heart turn in the opposite direction!
The mechanism is controlled using a crank on the side of the model, which you can see in the video below (a motor can be adapted).
This model can easily be customized, add simply some technic axles, some same pieces, and write another texts (your name, happy birthday...).
This project also illustrates how even simple lego technic mechanisms can be used to achieve some interesting motion.
